Driving Backwards’ third review was just published!

New Hampshire Farms Network writes:

“Within the first page of Driving Backwards (TidePool Press, 2014), Jessica Lander draws you into the world of small town New Hampshire. Blendinghistory, storytelling and farm life, Jessica captures the essence of the local “know your farmer” movement…”

I hope you will check out the full review and the great work of the New Hampshire Farms Network!

Reading @ the home of Peyton Place

Ironically Grace Metalious’ Gilmanton home is now a lovely Winery that makes delicious local wine (including a blueberry blend that I am quite fond of).  Come explore the vineyard and soak in some Peyton Place history while eating a delicious brunch and listening to a reading from Driving Backwards.

I will be reading at the Gilmanton Winery during brunch Sunday August 17

They Speak for Themselves!

Come taste Gilmanton’s famous Old Home Day Bean Hole Beans, explore the Smith Meeting House Cemetery, seek out Grace Metalious’ grave, watch the parade of antique cars and come buy your very own copy of Driving Backwards!

Saturday August 9th on the lawn of Smith Meeting House in Gilmanton starting at 10:30am!
